Central Coast residential home

I'm a local building designer and draftsperson working out of Bateau Bay. I focus on practical, buildable drawings — the kind that actually help builders and owners make decisions on site, rather than just satisfy the paperwork.

My background spans residential projects in both Australia and the UK, across alterations, new builds, granny flats, DA packages, CDC packages, as-builts and 3D visualisation.
